Karo Healthcare is a rapidly growing digital first consumer-health company, striving to improve people’s health and wellbeing through a portfolio of everyday healthcare products and services. Karo’s vision is to become the leading omni-channel player in Europe within everyday health. We help people to make smart choices for everyday healthcare through a variety of consumer brands: E45, Decubal, Nailner, Alpha Foods, Nutravita & Remescar (skincare)among many others.As part of these ambitions, we are expanding our Digital Commerce team with a Performance Marketeer SEM.Task And Responsibilities

• Setting up scalable ad account structures in the Google- and Bing MCC
• Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
• Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
• Thinking about new concepts, creative ideas, growth marketing tactics
• Learning about and testing other ways to connect with consumers like paid social advertising, affiliate marketing, native advertising and going the extra mile until ‘they work for the brand’
• Sharing learnings with colleagues & challenging each other to go the extra mile
• Having ownership in your role, end-to-end impact on the business and the brand, and short decision lines allowing us to work agile and to quickly adapt to current trends & tactics

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing. Next to SEM you have affinity and experience with a broader spectrum of digital marketing channels & tactics
• You have a no nonsense and can-do mentality and you are a team player eager to learn and share with local and international colleagues
• You are fluent in English (any additional language is a plus)
