Your Role

In this challenging and exciting position, you play a central role in our operational processes. You translate the daily order flow into correct staff schedules which you discuss with the operational managers. You are in daily contact with the customer and extinguish fires. At the end of the day, week and month look back with pride on what you have achieved.
Your Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for analysing the production forecast of various customers using a variety of tools and reports;
  • You determine priorities in consultation with the customer. For this you have daily consultations with the Operations Managers;
  • You take care of the general administration such as planning and productivity reporting, monthly invoicing, capacity meetings with external customers, ...
  • You are able to make an analysis of the past days in order to be able to estimate new orders and additional possibilities;
  • You contribute to the continuous improvement of planning and administration processes;
  • You think critically about the layout of MBR/QBR slides: ’what message do we need to give the customer?

Your Skills And Experiences
  • You own a bachelor degree or you can blow us away with your experience;
  • You have knowledge of logistic processes;
  • IT skills: advanced MS Excel knowledge, Outlook, Word;
  • Language skills: very good English and Dutch, written and spoken.
