You will join the European Sales & Marketing Team of the Architectural Glass Europe Upstream Business Unit and you will report to the Business Analyst Manager.

You will be responsible for creating the right conditions to guarantee reliable and optimum pricing and profitability for Sales and Marketing people.

In collaboration with Product Managers and Sales and Marketing Director, your will set up methods and rules (guidance), control the right implementation (governance) and look for pricing and profitability improvements (benchmarking, market and competition analysis).

You will manage the computation rules for product groups to guarantee compliance by each user and to have all the new products well described in the system (pricing methodology).

You will support users in implementing best practices and using the pricing tool.

You will analyze market feedback and competitor price lists to deliver comparisons and suggestions for adjustments and you will analyze sales profitability to propose actions.

You will be located in our Headquarters Louvain-la-Neuve - Belgium or any other AGC plant located in Western Europe.


  • You have a master’s degree in business administration, finance, statistics, or similar field
  • You have experience in an international company, in pricing role, marketing analyst, business controller or similar role.
  • You have an interest in related industrial activities and you are curious about our glass products
  • You are an expert in data management
  • You are analytical, rigorous, attentive to details
  • You are a team player
  • You are fluent in English. Any other Western European language is a plus
