Mobility & Materials (M&M) is currently seeking a temporary colleague as Pricing, Rebates & Commissions Coordinator for its global business. The Pricing, Rebates & Commissions Coordinator is one of a team responsible for maintaining and managing pricing, rebate and commission agreements, ensuring compliance with internal and Sox standards as well as the global or regional procedures. S/he interacts and collaborates with other members of the Commercial Excellence team, Business Units, Customer Services, Commercial Teams and Customers.

As a Pricing and Rebates Coordinator, you will
  • Understand and utilize optimal processes in the different applicable systems to manage Pricing, Rebates and Commissions (Salesforce.com, SAP, Lotus Notes, Vistex, or other Quoting/Pricing tools)
  • Obtain appropriate approval from business delegate(s) ensuring compliance to Delegation of Authority.
  • Ensure all activity is compliant with Internal and DuPont Sarbanes -Oxley standards
  • Ensure Pricing, Rebates and Commissions are accurate and appropriately available in a timely fashion.
  • Input/update price, rebate or commissions in appropriate system and keeps the documentation (request and approvals) for future auditing purposes.
  • Monitors approval flows to identify pinch points and chases the approvals through.
  • Respond to questions from Sales, CSRs and Finance related to pricing, rebates and commissions.
  • Coordinate and ensure contract compliance
  • Running routine and ad hoc reports
Pricing
  • Where applicable prepare Quotation file for customers
  • Execute pricing entries in Pricing tool or directly in SAP
  • Review alerts and comparisons to ensure correctness.
  • Clarify any discrepancies as they arise and adjust in a timely manner to avoid further issues.
Rebates
  • Understand compensation processes and work with the commercial organization to ensure Rebates agreements are set up correctly per expectations.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure proper financial entries are made
  • Provide documentation for the periodical accrual reviews
  • Prepare and or create settlement to customers for rebates earned
Commissions
  • Understand Commission processes and work with the commercial organization to ensure correct set up.
  • Work closely with Finance and Accounts Payable to have commissions paid out timely.
Qualifications
  • Minimum High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required
  • Proficiency in SAP R/3, or another ERP system is required; Salesforce proficiency is desirable
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency required (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • High attention to detail
