Introductie

The process analyst GDPR will identify and describe GDPR related business processes. Based on this description, the aim is to gain insight into what is going well and what can be optimized. The process optimization GDPR includes the identification and the justification of Straight-to-Process and automation solutions for a part or the entire processes. With these insights, the process analyst will contribute to the determination of a phased process optimization approach.



Functie

  • You contribute in the creation of a process-oriented and quality-oriented culture within the organization
  • You develop and support a business-wide approach and the associated process organization
  • You model and document processes and clearly describe the way of working with an end-to-end and outside-in perspective
  • You help set process KPI’s and process performance monitoring
  • You analyze processes and define the needs and problems as input for process optimization
  • You organize meetings with process (business and IT) stakeholders
  • You support your colleagues in ensuring the quality of the (process improvement) implementation and documentation

Experience (must have)

  • + 5 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst
  • You are familiar with the insurance industry and how an insurance company is organised
  • An understanding of the technical set-up of applications and its integrations · Experience in SAFe
  • An agile mindset
  • Knowledge Insurance & GDPR: You are familiar within the GDPR domain (in general) as well as familiar with insurance industry and how an insurance company is organized.
  • Is a benefit in execution of the job
  • Knowledge BPMs: Business Process Management experience is required (BPMS 2.0)

  • Knowledge Insurance & GDPR Is essential for the execution of the job

  • Dutch: Very good knowledge, both speaking and writing
  • French: Not applicable
  • English: Very good knowledge, both speaking and writing
  • German: Not applicable

Practical

  • Own device necessary
  • Location depending on COVID measures. Up to 2d/week in our Antwerp offices.
