THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Category Managerto join its Procurement team.

Together with the Procurement Manager you will define and implement the sourcing strategies for the different categories. Act as a business partner to support the business in Quality, Performance, Costs, Risks and Schedule requirements for the good execution of the operations.

YOUR ROLE

• Prepare a sourcing strategy, plan and manage tenders according to the needs defined by the business.

• Provide solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing

• Negotiate price, quantity, service level agreement and delivery schedules with suppliers.

• Work with legal counsel to control and validate contract conditions

• Monitor contract execution and their renewals

• Ensure continuous improvement of the purchasing process and its integration within the ERP
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a bachelor or a master’s degree in economy / finance or equivalent

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role

• You have proven experience in the purchase of (in)tangible goods and services

• You have relevant experience in negotiation and international agreements

• You are comfortable with figures (analyse and interpretation)

• You are proactive, rigorous, and well organized

• You like a fast-paced environment and strive for excellence and results

• You are passionate by what you do

• You are proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

• You have experience with an ERP such as Microsoft or SAP

• You are fluent inEnglish
