About The Job

As a Product Manager Connectivity, you design & manage customer value propositions, products and features that answer our customer’s needs and enable us to continue to lead via superior connectivity solutions.

In this role, you will focus on managing the product roadmap of our broadband, mobile, smart home and digital technology products. This includes new technologies like 5G, fiber, e-sim, Wifi6, etc. Within a multidisciplinary squad of engineers, IT managers and marketeers, your goal is to create an ecosystem of connectivity solutions that delivers seamless, highly performant and reliable connectivity for our residential and business customers.

Your Key Focus areas
  • You lead key product projects for the connectivity roadmap.
  • Based on research & existing data, you build extensive knowledge and deep understanding of customer needs in the connectivity area, and you translate this into relevant insights and business opportunities
  • You work closely with other connectivity team members and our global partners to align the product roadmap.
  • You manage the product lifecycle of the solutions within your portfolio
  • You monitor customer satisfaction of our connectivity solutions, and initiate projects to improve the connectivity experience and bring innovation to the customer.
  • You act as the product expert and internal/external product evangelist
  • You work closely together with Engineering, IT, Go-to-market and Project management to assure timely and high quality delivery of your projects.
  • You work on business cases for your initiatives together with Go-to-market and Finance.
  • You keep in touch with the customer through various channels (research, sales channels, customer care, field technicians, web, …).
  • You anticipate competitive changes and market trends and translate this into project proposals
Profile
  • You have a university degree in economics, engineering, marketing or MBA.
  • You have relevant product management experience, marketing experience or engineering experience.
  • You are passionate about technology, telecom and media.
  • You are a real team player, willing to work in an agile environment, who also gets results by his/her own efforts
  • You take ownership of your projects and can act as a ‘go-to’ person
  • You combine strong analytical skills with a creative and positive mind
  • You are a strong and convincing communicator, and you know how to deal with a multitude of stakeholders on different hierarchical levels both in-and outside Telenet
  • Languages: Native NL or FR speaker, with a solid knowledge of ENG, both spoken and written
  • Experience in connectivity and/or digital solutions is a plus
