Product Owner - Data Integration Layer

A dynamic company active in the Insurance sector is currently looking to hire a Product Owner - Data Integration Layer to join their offices in Brussels.

Thanks to your experience in finance and IT, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will play a key role in future-proofing the company’s way of handling data.

Your main responsibilities as the new Product Owner - Data Integration Layer will include:

• Implement a Data Integration Layer to improve the integration and exchange of data for the company (initial focus will be on the Financial & Risk departments)
• Project management according to the scaled agile framework (SAFe) to be the bridge between IT and Finance
• Prioritise each step of the project and commercial value based on budget
• Collaborate with all departments to identify all the data needs
• Supervise each step of the project
• Prepare roadmaps and report on performances to the Management
• Build a bridge between the financial and IT departments of the company
• Organise your communication to keep buy-in from stakeholder on decisions and strategy

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years’ experience in project management and stakeholder management
• You are fluent in English and in French and/or Dutch
• You have an experience in finance and know about actuarial topics (IFRS17, Solvency II, etc)
