Team Leader – Production Department

Job Description

You will manage the production department in collaboration with the Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring team performance and process flow, making adjustments as needed
Providing guidance to enhance efficiency, coordination, and team development
Executing production and personnel scheduling
Overseeing the availability of materials and ensuring effective internal communication
Leading and coaching a team of 25–30 employees, with a focus on their well-being, training, growth, and collective results
Promoting and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, environmental care, order, and cleanliness by setting a strong example
Engaging regularly with other departments such as planning, HR, logistics, engineering, and quality assurance
Acting as a key point of contact and support for your team, ensuring effective communication and a smooth handover between shifts
Reporting directly to the Production Manager
