JOB ROLE: PROGRAM MANAGER
JOB LOCATION: HASSELT, BELGIUM
DURATION: 6 MONTHS
Job Description
• Task package :
• You guide the business stakeholders in fine-tuning the scope of different projects within a change program. You work intensively with various key users to uncover relevant details. You succeed in formulating the scope explicitly to prevent scope creep and to align all those involved, including the external partners.
• You manage program risks and dependencies with other programs and projects.
• You design a change plan that is in line with the project objectives so that resistance to change can be minimized.
• You coordinate the project objectives with various stakeholders such as the Enterprise Architect, the Security Officer, Financial Controller, and others and ensure broad support and buy-in.
• You design a roadmap and coordinate it with the various parties, both internal and external, that are involved in the implementation.
• You build a business case in collaboration with the business stakeholders and defend it to the management team.
What we’re looking for:
• A hands-on project manager who is not afraid to roll up his sleeves.
• A project manager who builds bridges and can collaborate with a multitude of stakeholders.
• Someone with good communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
• A project manager who can work in the offered framework and methodology.
• A project manager with persuasiveness to enforce decisions and ensure project progress.
Assignment
• Full-time temporary assignment for a period of 6 months
• Renewable by 3-6 months in accordance with the progress of the project
English and Dutch languages are required
