Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented junior Project Manager to join our Digital Solutions team. As a Digital Solution Lead, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage projects from inception to completion, and be responsible for delivering high-quality digital marketing content solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

· Project Management: Lead and manage digital marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met on time and within budget.

· Client Interaction: Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and maintaining excellent client relationships.

· Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators and strategists to define project goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Digital Marketing Expertise: Leverage your expertise in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and distribution channels to develop tailored solutions.

· Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively and ensure the proje ct team has what they need to deliver high-quality results.

· Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for quality control and ensure all content meets the highest standards.

· Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.

· Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and KPIs.

· Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing.

· Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and distribution.

· Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

· Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

· Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in project management tools and software.

· A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
