Your responsibilities consist of

• Taking the lead in managing ERP implementations for the clients
• Being a trusted advisor to the client’s senior management about project strategy
• Understanding thoroughly the business reasoning and goals of the client (why why why)
• Aligning stakeholders (senior management, business owners, key users, implementation partners and the ICT team of the client)
• Introducing and leading change management to empower people
• Communicating project progress in a structured, clear and convincing way
• Preparing and leading steerco meetings
• Creating team cohesion

Our clients are leading companies in divers industries (manufacturing, processing and services).

Desired Skills and Experience

• You have experience in managing ERP projects and you love it
• People like to be part of your team: you give direction, set goals, and listen genuously
• Decisive, a true leader who knows and manages the stakeholders
• An open style of communication, structured and top/down
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• Holding a Master’s degree
