For our client, a company specialized in HVAC and Special Technics installations, we are actively looking for a Project Manager.

In this function you will be responsible for different projects in the Gent region.

Job Tasks
  • As HVAC Project Manager you are responsible for the technical follow-up of the projects within the HVAC field (Heating - Air-conditioning - Ventilation - Sanitary).
  • You follow the execution, supervise subcontractors and coordinate the works on site.
  • You are the point of contact with the client, engineering bureau, construction team, …
  • You coordinate all activities internally and externally in terms of timing, quality, budget and safety.
Profile
  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electromechanics or equivalent in experience
  • You have a first professional experience in HVAC and in project management.
  • You are skilled in planning and organization
  • You are a Dutch or French speaker with good knowledge of the other national language
