Project Manager : Podcast Channel Development & Marketing/Communication Support

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and creative Project Manager to lead the creation and development of a new podcast channel focused on personal development. This project aims to bring together a community around captivating episodes that explore well-being, personal fulfillment, and much more.

Main Responsibilities:

Podcast Project Management

• Oversee all stages of podcast creation (conceptualization, production, distribution).
• Collaborate with the “Marketing and Communication” department to create engaging campaigns around the podcasts (social media promotion, newsletters, events, etc.).
• Contribute to the development of a coherent and innovative online content strategy.
• Analyze audience feedback and market trends to adjust and improve distribution.
• Propose creative ideas and optimization actions to increase the visibility and impact of the channel.

Book Publication Development

• Identify and contact French- and English-speaking publishers for a book publication related to the podcast channel.
• Manage the publication project alongside podcast development.

Marketing & Communication Support

• Support the Marketing & Communication team in various daily tasks: website updates, proofreading, etc.

Your Profile:

• Excellent proficiency in French and English required (C1/C2 level required).
• 3 years of experience in project management and/or marketing and communication is a plus.
• Technical skills in podcast creation (editing software, distribution platforms) and in using communication tools (MailChimp, social media, Canva).
• A strong interest in personal development, with a solid understanding (or a keen willingness to learn) of topics such as well-being and spirituality.
• Creativity and an innovative mindset. You enjoy proposing fresh ideas and adding a unique touch to your projects.
• Organization, versatility, and autonomy: you can manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
