Responsibilities will include:

Preparation of Individual Project WBS Structures in line with the company standard WBS Structure.
During Project Engineering Phases Communicating with Project Team members and where holding team Interactive schedule planning meetings to determine key project milestones and inter dependencies.
Integration of Contractor Construction schedules during Construction Phases.
Preparation of fully linked schedules, with no open ends.
Identification and Presentation of Project Critical Paths.
Benchmark checking of Schedule timelines against other similar projects.
Updating of Schedules and Reporting of Actual Progress vs Planned Progress.
Implementation of Construction stage Earned Value Reporting.
Issue of Look Ahead reports.
Incorporation of Change Orders and Report on their effect on the Project Timeline.
Support to Project Controls for Planning and Schedule related activities, e.g. Resource Planning, and Procurement Planning.
Working on several concurrently active projects.
The Scheduler will have an understanding of the inter-dependencies within and between the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Commissioning phases of Projects.
Preparation of Reports in Graphical, Narrative and Numeric formats.
Conformance with Company standards and Procedures.
