Project Quality Manager – Sterilization Project (6 months)

Poste:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the quality assurance activities for the sterilization project, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Develop and implement rigorous quality control processes to maintain the highest quality standards throughout the project.
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to achieve project milestones, focusing specifically on quality metrics and deliverables.
• Manage the project budget, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently and all expenditures align with the allocated budget.
• Manage and mentor a large project team, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and quality are maintained.
• Conduct quality audits and assessments regularly, identifying areas for improvement and executing corrective actions as necessary.
  
  

Profil:

Profile:

• Proven experience in a quality management role is essential, a minimum of 5 years of experience. Experience within sterilization or a related field is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, capable of managing both a large team and a project budget while maintaining strict timelines.
• Relevant qualifications in Quality Management or a related discipline are preferred.
