Colive reinvents flat-sharing for young profesionnals and offers rooms in shared houses of high standing, for a unique international experience. With a presence in 3 European cities and more than 30 houses, the team is growing.
## MISSIONS
* Ensure the proper functioning of the colivings
* Coordinate and plan technical interventions
* Manage the preparation and marketing of the new propertie
* Maintain expense reports
* Participate in the room rental process
* Represent the company in front of the colivers
## REQUIREMENTS
* Organisation and pragmatism
* Ingenuity and initiative
* Commercial spirit: development of customer and service provider
* Multi-skilles: commercial and technical
