Job Description
  • Search & secure the best warehouse locations in various cities in Wallonia
  • Identify the right opportunities and close them quickly to support us in becoming the leading quick grocery player in Belgium
  • Work with our managing directors to analyze the financial and operational feasibility of potential new locations
  • You are responsible for the whole deal. From finding the property to closing and negotiating everything
  • Simultaneously handle a variety of deals across Wallonia
  • Responsible for negotiation and signing process within the set timeline

Qualifications
  • Successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree and 2–3 years years of experience in retail real estate
  • Comfortable working in a high paced environment
  • Strong real estate network in Belgium
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and proven track record of closing deals
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • You are commercially driven, like to take ownership and are willing to go the extra mile
  • Very good communication skills, fluent written and spoken in French and English
