- You welcome visitors into the office
- You make sure that they are guided to their appointment
- You answer incoming telephone calls in a professional way
- You answer and divide incoming emails at the company email address
- You receive and send mail and packages
- Colleagues see you as their first point of contact for various matters.
- You manage the reservations of the meeting rooms
- You make sure the office is always welcoming
- You are responsible for the tidiness at the office
- The follow up of the to do’s of our handyman and cleaning
- You order office equipment, business cards and make sure the stock is correctly managed
- You are customer oriented and a good communicator
- You are proactive and diplomatic with a critical mind set
- You can work independently and accurate
- You have a very good knowledge of the MS office package (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- You are dynamic and flexible in handling ad hoc situations
- You are trilingual (NL/FR/ENG) with an extra focus on English
Fulltime contract
Office hours from 9h – 17h
