For our life science regulatory complicance team, we are looking for an experienced Regulatory & Compliance Senior Manager, who knows the Life Sciences industry, is passionate about Regulatory, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs and/or Medical Devices.

  • Lead a portfolio of Life Sciences Regulatory Compliance projects and our related teams (onshore and offshore)
  • Manage the client relationships on this project portfolio / service
  • Plan and coordinate Regulatory Compliance projects
  • Provide Regulatory Compliance guidance, expertise and support
  • Create and/or review regulatory strategies
  • Perform system audits for compliance with good practices and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in setting up a Regulatory Information Management System

Let’s Talk About You

  • Fluent in Dutch and/or French is a requirement
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience with Regulatory Compliance in Life Sciences
  • Good understanding of Regulatory Information Management Systems and/or Quality Management Systems
  • Knowledge of Medical Affairs and Medical Device registration process
  • Knowledge of the EU Medical Device Regulation (EU MDR) and ISO13485
  • Experience and good understanding of the regulations and industry standards such as GAMP and ISO
  • Minimum of 10 years related experience in Quality Assurance and/or Regulatory; Compliance within a regulated industry
  • Good organizer and can show diplomacy and creativity. Your approach is client and result oriented and you have excellent social and communication skills
  • Having experience in managing a client service in the area of Regulatory Compliance and/or Quality & Compliance in the Life Sciences industry is a plus
