仕事内容
- Knowledge and application of adidas strategy within the assigned customers and categories.
- Represent assigned customers internally as ’ambassador for the category’ to all functions and vice versa and manage interfaces.
- Drive the execution of a product seeding strategy to drive brand engagement and product authentication.
- Support development and delivery of Wholesale Activation account marketing plans with identified strategic partners to drive brand engagement and orderbook conversion.
- Develop clear and concise category and account briefs to global/European Activations teams and local agencies to ensure market/account requirements are met.
- Support budget tracking and monthly forecasting.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance reviewing key objectives and KPIs vs ROI. Sharing key learnings with stakeholders.
- Support sales team in delivering commercial objectives.
- Retrieve, build and analyse sales data.
- Support build of category strategies and reports
- Interpret and glean actionable insights from customers (and data)
- Track and report on Trade Investment implementation
- Support sales team in driving market share
- To establish a collaborative, cooperative team culture and fulfilment of company values
- Leverage market insights using knowledge of competitive landscape & trends in relevant distribution channels to influence buying decisions leading to adidas sales & growth.
- Proactively develop, manage and execute creative grassroots activities with customers to enhance brand image as well as drive demand with customers (generating sales growth)

- Understanding of retail sales practices and ability to create practical and logical assortment plans based on selling space, inventory turns and sell through.
- Mental flexibility, self-initiative, and determination
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office package, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel
- University degree in business administration or sports economics (preferably Bio-mechanics; Sport Science and business administration)
- 1-3 years working experience in Sales department, ideally in the running industry.
- Passion for running category.
