ABOUT THE ROLE
To strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative , who shall interact with our prospects. The ideal candidate is a team player, a goal getter, someone who can charm people, not afraid to pick up the phone, is excited to work in a multicultural environment and loves having multiple social contacts in all parts of Europe! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualification activities/Pipe Creation
- The SDR team works in close collaboration with Account Executives
- They collaborate with Sales colleagues to identify ongoing strategic targets
- They plan calls and email activities to generate leads, in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams
- They identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Optimy (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, social selling, qualification calls, etc.)
- They Actively follow up on ageing/stagnant leads and opportunities to re-energize back into an active sales cycle
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
- You are native in French and fluent in English.
- you have about or more than 3 years of experience as SDR or business developer, in a cold calling & prospecting environment (inside sales and/or sales, Inbound and outbound Marketing activities)
- You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- You are resilient, competitive and self-motivated
Nice to have:
- You have worked with HubSpot.com or a similar CRM
- You have experience in high volume activity working environments, involving phone, email and social media.
- You have a background in High-Tech/Software industry
- You possess knowledge of account-based marketing and social selling
