Who are you in our On IT story?
Are you a motivated networker with commercial flair and a nose for opportunities? On IT is looking for an independent and structured Sales Hunter with technical feeling. You hunt for new customers, build relationships and ensure concrete results. Ready to make an impact in a growing IT environment?
Responsibilities (Non-limiting):
Prospect
- Independently approach potential customers via cold calling (complementary to outside calling agency).
- Actively participate in networking and industry events.
- Identify commercial opportunities within target groups and sectors.
- Build and maintain own prospect portfolio.
Client interviews and advice
- Conduct initial sales calls with prospects (physical or digital).
- Propose On IT and translate customer needs into possible IT solutions.
- Detect commercial opportunities with customers and prospects.
- Function as first point of contact during the introduction phase.
Reporting and follow-up
- Preparation of clear visit reports and interview notes.
- Record and follow up on actions until there is a clear yes or no.
- Develop a concrete plan of action for each prospect or client.
- Work closely with internal teams to follow up on leads.
Qualifications:
Technical knowledge:
- Good basic knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Skilled in conducting interviews with IT managers at larger organizations.
- Willingness to continuously deepen technical knowledge and keep up-to-date.
Social and communication skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Strong in networking and opening doors that lead to lasting customer relationships
- Professional and mature appearance in customer contacts.

- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Results-oriented and perseverance.
- Stress resistant and flexible in dealing with challenges.
- Working independently with an eye for cooperation within the team.
