About Arkite

Arkite is an Industry 4.0 technology company that develops and produces the Arkite Platform, an augmented reality solution that helps operators in manufacturing companies work error-free. This platform is widely used in various sectors, including automotive, telecom, and pharmaceuticals. Arkite also collaborates with a worldwide partner network and maintains strategic agreements with resellers and system integrators.

Are you ready to work flexibly and independently across Europe (and beyond), yet still looking for a friendly environment where team spirit is key? Then you might be our new Sales Manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Continuously seek out new opportunities and scan target markets
  • Approach new prospects through diverse channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, events, etc.)
  • Assess the needs of prospects and customers thoroughly and propose suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to design the right offer for each client
  • Actively network and engage with potential customers at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
  • Develop proposals in cooperation with internal teams and take the lead throughout the entire sales process
  • Close the deal!

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
  • Driven personality
  • Familiarity with working in CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel on short business trips within Europe
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ambitious and customer-focused
  • Autonomous, eager to learn, and proactive
  • Ready to take responsibility and work independently
  • Looking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you and your input are valued
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry or IT is an advantage
