The S&OP manager will have the responsibility for the Sales & Operations Planning process in the Benelux.
It is his responsibility to get the updated capacity and demand figures on a monthly basis from Operations and Sales and provide the input for the paper ordering forecast.
It is the responsibility of the S&OP manager to facilitate regular meetings with Operations, SMI, Finance, HR and Supply Chain to get aligned on the S&OP, paper and financial forecast.
To lead the development of S&OP policies and ways of working in the Country to achieve target service levels at optimum cost.
The S&OP manager will collaborate with Cluster Supply Chain Managers supporting the development of the Sales and Operations planning framework across the functions (Operations, Commercial, SMI).
As an influential member of the Country Supply Chain organization, a core part of the role will be to promote cross-functional collaboration and resolution of escalations from the Functions and Clusters
Provide the interface between Central needs and the Cluster capabilities in Countries related to Pan European tenders and supply agreements.

Bestellingen registreren Voorwaarden controleren (leveringstermijnen, verpakkingswijze, ...) De klant of de verkoper erover inlichten. De betaling van bestellingen opvolgen (voorwaarden, facturatie, ...) of overmaken aan de betreffende dienst (boekhouding, juridische zaken, ...). De vraag van de klant technisch en commercieel onderzoeken (termijn van fabricatie, beschikbaarheid van producten, kost, ...). Klanten of leveranciers opvolgen Oplossingen voorstellen in geval van problemen (levering, garantie, reglement, ...). Kostenramingen opstellen Technische en commerciële gegevens overmaken aan klanten, verkopers, ... (planning, prijs, betaling, ...). Telefonische oproepen ontvangen Klanten informeren (opvolging van de bestelling, informatie, ...)

- Health & Safety, lead by example
- Manage the Sales & Operational Plan with all his aspects
- Create an overall inventory strategy and monitor overall inventory levels in the Benelux
- Facilitate in- and outsourcing between sites in- and outside the Benelux.
- Initiate actions to maintain agreed Lead time and OTIF levels.
Vereiste kwalificaties
Experience with leading a team and experience with change management across a broad stakeholder group- Good commercial acumen and financially savvy. Proven influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Very strong analytical skills, strong technical and financial insights.
- Maturity to develop and deploy the S&OP and balance competing priorities while remaining focused on core KPIs
- A broad supply chain career background and experience with day to day management in an FMCG or similar industry
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Competence in Supply Chain management, Customer Service, production planning, inventory management, Logistics in a FMCG or similar production environment
- Ability to interpret KPI trends, initiate and support any necessary analysis to determine improvement opportunities and drive performance
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English and preferable French.
