This position contributes to developing and implementing tools and solutions in the field to enhance the aftermarket (parts) capability of the dealers to increase End-Customer satisfaction and to create the recurring revenue stream of Doosan forklift(industrial vehicle) parts and its dealers.

This position requires accuracy, a strong sense of responsibility, and good communication and teamwork skills.

The Sales Performance Analyst is responsible for:

  • Industry data as one of the company´s KPIs
  • Development of annual targets and managing signing processes
  • Data analysis, reporting, and communication of several sales programs
  • Development, update and improvement of Performance Report
  • Inventory ageing
  • Support other administrative process management

Job Information:

  • Prepare the data set for data declaration
  • Retrieve the data from the ERP system
  • Verify the completeness and adjust for incomplete data
  • Draft/communicate annual targets
  • Analysis of previous years’ dealer overall performance by critical KPIs (Target achievement, Market share, Industry growth etc.)
  • Develop & launch all performance-based reports by the Power-BI program
  • Weekly/Monthly/Year report
  • Training all sales team members
  • Update frequently with team requests & new feature
  • Develop a sales report with the Power-BI program
  • Coordinate sales campaigns with the team
  • Provide administrative support to the BU sales team

Education and Qualification

  • Data processing/database creation and analytics skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data visualisation tools (Power Bi/PowerPoint)
  • Access and SAP (or comparable ERP system)
  • Working experience: 4+ years
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in the data analysis area
  • Oral and written English language required (another European language is a plus)
  • Travel Standard: < 10%
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Open to new ideas, innovations
  • Focus on detail and accuracy
