Fuse Engineering is a prestigious Recruitment Consultancy, located in multiple major cities in Europe. 12 years in the business, the company grew from 2 to 130 consultants. Starting in Brussels and Flanders but quickly opening offices in different countries across Europe, ranging from Paris to Frankfurt and even Geneva. However, the goals are nowhere near met. The great success offered numerous new opportunities, and therefore we are looking for new Sales Consultants to join our young and dynamic team. What’s the Job about?
- You will be in charge of the complete recruitment process
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Terms & Conditions negotiations
- Attracting and selecting candidates
- Approaching and selling to clients
- Expanding and building markets
- Matching clients and candidates, understanding both needs
You will be in direct contact with the Managers and Partners. You’ll be able to enjoy their expertise to develop yourself and achieve your personal goals.
Who are you?
- You are bilingual: English is a must
- Motivated and hungry for success
- You go the extra mile to achieve your goals
- 0 to 2 years of experience or more
- You achieved a Master/bachelor degree
