  • You will be responsible for actively promoting candidates to James Woodman clients
  • You will write attractive vacanciesthat meet the requirements of the clients
  • In this job, you help the best Finance profiles in Belgium to find a new position
  • You analyse market trends on a regular basis and, based on this, develop a commercial business strategy
  • Together with the senior consultants within FSM group, you follow a thorough in-house training that teaches you the first steps in management
  • You will negotiate, prospect and cold call with new & existing clients
