Job Purpose and Impact

The Technical Service Associate will support the research and development teams, conduct moderately samples projects in the laboratory or pilot plants. In this role, you will conduct complex shipments in the laboratory or pilot plants, prepare shipments of the realized trials samples and report tracking to senior team members.

Key Accountabilities
  • Carry out moderately complex Shipments at the assigned laboratory or in application pilot plants.
  • Handle various shipping process with moderately complex use of processing equipment.
  • Manage samples with appropriate evaluation tools.
  • Register and report results to project leaders by following the established templates and processes.
  • Perform simple maintenance of the packaging area.
  • Understand and comply with product and personal safety regulations and other procedural compliance regulations.
  • Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of the food industry
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
