Job Opportunity: SAP Basis Administrator (Remote - Belgium)

Location: Belgium (Remote Work)

Contract Duration: 4–6 months

Experience Level: 7–8+ years

Work Mode: Remote

Role: SAP Basis Administrator

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in SAP implementation, migrations, and infrastructure design. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP S/4 HANA environments, high availability systems, and will be comfortable working in global, multi-cultural teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support SAP Basis administration tasks for SAP Business Suite and S/4 HANA.
  • Execute at least 2 full-cycle implementations or migrations (Data Center, Cloud, OS/DB) and upgrades.
  • Design and implement SAP landscapes, infrastructure strategies, and client setups.
  • Perform capacity planning (sizing) and ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
  • Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies.
  • Administer SAP HANA DB, Solution Manager, and other 3rd party tools.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for architecture and system integration.
  • Coordinate with global teams and manage offshore support structures.
  • Provide support in a 24x7 extended hours environment when required.
  • Ensure compliance with methodologies and integrate with other business processes/applications.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 7-8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration.
  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations/migrations/upgrades.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, HANA DB, and supporting tools.
  • Experience in Solution Manager, system sizing, infrastructure planning, and storage systems.
  • Proficient in HA/DR setup, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of global delivery models and multicultural team environments.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 support setup When Needed
