Responsabilities

Project:

  • Participate in the CO and integration work-shops during BBP phase. Challenge the business. Closely follow-up realisation, assimilation and go-live phases of the project while being careful to stay as much as possible in the template.
  • Act as a “senior consultant”. Review and validate the quality of the CO deliverables (BBP, customizing, training, …) provided by the consultants of the domain.
  • Manages himself / herself the most complex deliverables (during BBP, realisation, …)
  • Alert the DC Manager / IT Project Lead and the BPO when deviation from scope and template are likely to occur.

Maintenance:

  • Be in permanent contact with the BPO in order to continuously improve the CO processes while capitalizing on the existing processes.
  • Realize / follow the realization of the approved evolutions.
  • Manages himself / herself the most complex deliverables related to evolutions.
  • Participate in different committees as defined in the governance model.

Objectives

  • Is the counterpart of the Corporate BPO
  • Is the reference (accountable) for the processe(s), he is in charge of (“master of the temple”).
  • Keeps and enhances the process template while striving to improve business processes and to stay in standard SAP.
  • Acts as a senior consultant with the other consultants of the team.

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge (from a business and SAP standpoint) of the CO processes she / he is in charge of.
  • Strong SAP experience in CO (at least 4 years of experience / 2 or 3 complete projects).
  • Good knowledge of Material Ledger and PCA.
  • Knowledge about the integration aspects (CO with PP and CO with FI; CO with MM and SD)
  • Strong communication skills; EN, FR, NL.
