Company Description

You will be the Scrum Master for an international team (Belgium and Taiwan) focused on DevOps, infrastructure, and security, working for a leading global technology company (client name confidential). The main stakeholders are IT, the Security Office, and R&D management.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Coach the team to become more self-organized and autonomous.
  • Remove obstacles that hinder progress.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, refinements, retrospectives), ensuring the team stays productive and focused on priorities.
  • Ensure that processes (such as Definition of Done) are followed.
  • Help the Product Owner with backlog prioritization.

Qualifications

Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Team Leader in an agile (Scrum or Kanban) environment.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps and/or security (cybersecurity or product security).
  • Proficiency in Python is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in an international, multicultural context.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and team facilitation skills.
