We have an opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our Building Technologies team in Belgium.
The purpose of this position is to ensure that Building Technologies retains and grows its SaaS business, whilst developing existing accounts, meets contractual requirements, develops new project opportunities within the existing customer base, and exceeds customers expectations.
Due to the customer base the position requires a multi-lingual person who can converse to a good level in some/all of the following: English, French and Dutch (advantage).

- Reach objectives in terms of new contract growth
- Identify, prospect, tender and close on new project sales opportunities via new build from the existing base
- Responsibility for customer management and renewal and growth of maintenance agreements
- Enhance customer satisfaction and comfort by identifying system upgrade opportunities, spot service needs, maintenance contract additions and other sales leads, individually and with his/her assigned team.
- Ensure the Enacto team deliver a consistent and high-quality service experience to each customer - including timely communications, contract documentation, and service delivery reporting, and services which meet and exceed the customer requirements.
- Successfully renew and escalate contracts ensuring opportunities are maximized against plan and that cancellations are controlled at plan level.
Qualifications:
- BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent technical experience required.
- Experience in value selling of SaaS, BeMS, EPC or AM&T
- Demonstrates honesty and integrity
- Proven experience spent in a field projects or service environment
- Proven experience at Supervisory management level (advantageous
- Commercial awareness
- Good communicative level of English and French; Dutch is advantage
- Willingness to travel within Belgium and France (approx. 20-25% business trips)
