The Senior Campaign Manager follows the day-to-day development and implementation of large EU 360° communication campaigns, projects and services. S/he will ensure good co-operation between team members and experts teams. You will be the main client contact point, attends strategic, reviews and progress meetings. S/he monitors the campaign & project financial performance, seeks for innovative and creative solutions.

Responsible For
  • Ensuring implementation of Prince 2 methodology by providing trainings, guidance, follow-up and monitoring
  • Ensuring the correct financial management of the Campaigns and projects – regular reportings
  • Encouraging team spirit, promoting professionalism and positive attitude
  • Ensuring high quality work: meeting professional standards and client expectations, by ensuring Prince2 processes are applied and followed, implementing workflows and looking into creative solutions to unblock issues
  • Supervising and coaching the Campaign and Project team by providing regular feedback, guidance, and coaching.

  • Excellent managerial skills and team oriented focus
  • Self-motivated and self-directed and ability to work on own initiative, “can do” attitude.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, organisational and planning skills
  • Flexible with a great sense of responsibility and service and adaptability to changing workloads
  • Collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve goals.
  • Min. 5 years in Project management knowledge
  • Fluent French and English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
