We’re looking for a talented Consultant/Senior Consultantto join the Advisory department as part of our Pharma, Healthcare and Life Sciences team.

What you’ll learn and do

• Together with the team you will deliver high-impact projects and engage with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients in the Pharma, Healthcare & Life Sciences industry.

• The projects typically include transforming the go-to-market approach of our clients (e.g., strategy, operating model, data governance), enabling insights with data & analytics (e.g., advanced analytics use cases, data science).

• You will support customer-facing organisations with new implementations of global technology platforms and digital interfaces with clients, including digital operations (CRM, content management, data lake / data architecture, analytics platform, etc.).

• The projects span across the Pharma/healthcare/life sciences /MedTech value chain, with a focus on Commercial / the customer-facing organisation.

• You will work with local and international clients and we will provide you the opportunity to gain experience working in multicultural teams.

• You will be collaborating with PwC’s global network of Pharma & Life Sciences experts and you will have access to our market leading propositions, methodologies, assets and training materials.

Who you are, what you’re like

• You are passionate about the patient and healthcare as well as population health

• You understand the go-to-market in all the aspects including messages to different stakeholders (wholesalers, pharmacists, hospitals physicians, patients).

• Master’s degree in economics, (bio-)engineering, business administration, sciences or comparable by experience

• Ideally minimum two years of experience in the Pharma, Biotech or Medical Device industry; previous consulting experience is a plus

• Ability to combine specialist technical knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with consulting skills (project management, presentation and communication skills, etc.) while working directly with management and employees on the clients’ premises

• Fluent in English, Dutch and French

• Flexibility to work in different environments and locations and easily acquire new skills and expertise

• A born team player who likes to take the initiative with a critical, analytical mind

• Client-oriented and an outstanding communicator
