About the role:

At Loop Earplugs, we’re dedicated to providing our customers with earplugs that help them control how they hear life. But how do they hear life? That’s the question you will be answering! As a Senior Consumer Insights Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products by investigating opportunities in existing and new markets and gaining a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and preferences.

What you’ll do:

    • You will perform initial consumer research about the context of earplug usage and will reveal hidden consumer needs that define the USP’s for our product development team to focus on.
    • You will help make the final decision on a product’s success potential as well as provide the necessary insights for the pricing & positioning strategies.
    • You will analyze data and identify trends to uncover new opportunities and challenges in the earplug industry or manage an external agency in doing so.
    • You will collaborate with the marketing team to analyze and recommend messaging and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

How you’ll do it:

  • With passion for understanding consumer behavior and identifying insights that drive product innovation.
  • With strong analytical skills in quantitative & qualitative research and experience with data gathering and analysis tools such as Qualtrics, Usertesting.com, etc.
  • With excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise and inviting manner.
  • With proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
