Responsibilities :
Ensure that patient recruitment runs smoothly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sites.
Attend sponsor staff meetings and participate in their collaborations with other departments
Senior CRAs will train and perform co-monitoring visits with more junior CRAs.

Qualifications :
Educated with a life science degree or masters.
2 years monitoring experience minimum.
Phase II & III experience is preferred.
Oncology experience is beneficial.
Fluency in English and Dutch is required, French is a bonus
