Your Profile:
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate and align multiple stakeholder groups
  • Proven track record in the field of physical / digital events is a MUST
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong customer focus with an ability to develop good working relations
  • Good presentation skills
  • Process oriented: capability to translate organisation needs into processes & guidelines
  • Able to work independently, in an agile way
  • Affinity/interest in digital/innovative tools

Your team and your responsibilities:
The newly created Event Center of Excellence team has the mission to enable company’s shift to hybrid and digital events by giving guidance to TME Event Organisers and interacting with external (event agencies) and internal stakeholders. The aim is to enable the organisation of events in an efficient, sustainable and cost effective way whilst ensuring an immersive experience for all events participants.

Your responsibilities:
  • Act as advisor to TME Event Organisers (coordinate TME events calendar, design event guidelines, best practice sharing amongst TME, recommend event agencies…)
  • Act as the digital event master who seeks for the latest technologies to create the best digital event experience
  • Act as strategic partner / Buyer of services from TME preferred event agencies
  • Act as window to TME event relevant stakeholders (like IT, the Academy, internal communications, Purchasing)
