Preferred locations for this role are Cork Ireland, Diegem Belgium, Zuchwil Switzerland or Guaynabo Puerto Rico. This role will report to the Finance Director, Governance & Reporting in the Medical Devices (MD) Principal Inventory Costing COE. Responsibilities and scope of the role include, but are not limited to, the following: Leading a global team of 5+ experienced finance professionals. Partnering with key stakeholder groups (SigniFi teams, ERP rollout teams, JJIT) to shape the future end state for the AGP tool and the calculation of the MD Supply Chain Profit in Inventory reserve Maintenance of the MD Supply Chain Affiliate Gross Profit (AGP) tool and related master data. The AGP tool is a Tableau front ended technology which consolidates MD inventory and commercial sales (from ~ 20 individual ERPs) into one application. Governance, calculation and reporting of the MD Supply Chain Profit in Inventory reserve (~$4bn reserve). SOX compliance controls for the AGP tool including key controls around Supply Chain master data. Identify and evaluate potential ways to streamline the SOX compliance controls for the AGP tool ensuring no risk to compliance, and secure alignment from Internal and External Audit. Maintaining a robust governance process to ensure supply chain and technology changes are integrated into relevant data environments / sets. Partnering with the JJIT team to prioritize and execute on key enhancements to the AGP tool. Qualifications Qualifications Demonstrated record of strong leadership skills Strong compliance background essential Ability to bring clarity to complex business issues and proven success in managing complex projects & processes, translate complexity into simple working solutions. Framing & communicating complex data Strong analytical capabilities Excellent communication & business partnering skills including: ability to work with and influence internal customers proven ability to work with people at all management levels simplify complex written communications Strong team leader & player Highly computer literate, experience with ERP systems and Microsoft packages Delivers presentations to senior management with confidence in English; facilitate group discussions to ensure understanding and achieve the best possible outcome; provide recommendations and solutions; encourage others to speak their mind; demonstrate confidence to acknowledge when answer is unknown to a business question Demonstrate work life balance; solicit feedback on organizational health and implement improvements; remove barriers to success.
