Job Description

The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for all HR operations which will include the following tasks:

  • You make sure the HR strategy, processes and procedures are aligned with the company goals
  • You act as main point of contact for senior managers and advise employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • You regularly liaise with Talent Acquisition teams and/or Comp&Ben colleagues in order to support employees within your scope as effectively as possible
  • You provide daily HR guidance, identify the needs of the people when it comes to performance management, people development, succession planning, on/off-boarding activities
  • You implement HR strategies following the Group’s guidelines and analyze metrics within the HR landscape
  • You coach and guide managers and employees in their career progression and make sure people get the necessary tools and environment to be successful and fulfilled in their job

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
  • You have more than 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner and can show high-level stakeholders management experience
  • You have a very good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English (both written and oral)
  • You can demonstrate excellent people management / coaching skills
  • You have proven experience interpreting HR metrics and show a very good knowledge of most common HR best practices
  • Any experience in change management is considered as a real plus
