You will be a trusted partner to managers to drive strategic growth and will coach and challenge them to drive workforce performance, providing support in areas of talent, employee engagement and change management. You will sit within a business unit and partner with senior HR People leaders to interpret business requirements.How You Will ContributeYou will:
  • Support and partner with the HR Plant Business Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned
  • Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance
  • Lead and advise on talent management practices related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility, approving job requisitions
  • Support site labor relations strategy including elements of communication and works council / unions relations and compliance
  • Assist with and conduct union contract negotiations
  • Drive engagement on the plant culture agenda; coach leaders on the key cultural elements and organisational values
  • Provide day-to-day advice and support to the business on contract administration issues and grievances
  • Coaching to managers on how to provide feedback on performance, and managing performance management issues
  • Lead plant related projects from HR/ORG perspective
What You Will BringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
  • Degree (Bachelor, Master) preferably in Human Resources, Law or Psychology
  • HR leader with an active curiosity, insight orientation and external perspective about people and business performance
  • Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations with increasing responsibility ideally within FMCG / Food Industry
  • Experienced in interacting and negotiating with Social Partners / Unions, able to create a constructive social dialogue
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders
  • Ability to create a change strategy and lead complex and transformation change
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal, writing).
