Your main responsibilities

  • Takes responsibility for assigned areas and contributes to the successful realization of common goals to guarantee a superior client expense:
    • Generates recommendations and suggests solutions, leveraging junior staff when appropriate
    • Spots areas for improvements, to challenge status quo and to develop process improvements
  • Identifies and solves problems objectively using analysis, experience and judgment
    • Develops recommendations to address problems through application of personal experience and standard methods and tools; validates proposed solutions with subject matter experts
    • Identifies new tools and innovative approaches to solve problems
    • Screens efficiency and customer-experience of current internal processes and brings solution that fix root causes
  • Builds and maintains a trusted advisor relationship with internal clients
    • Can argument towards the internal client when better ways of working or process enhancement are needed to the benefits of the organization and/or external/internal clients
    • Learns younger colleagues to demonstrate excellence in client centricity and connectivity

  • Builds a professional relationship with our suppliers and looks at them in a critical way
    • Spots areas for improvements
    • Screens efficiency and challenge our suppliers to deliver a top service

  • Delivers relevant information in an effective and persuasive manner
    • Presents own ideas and opinions in a confident manner
    • Communicates complex ideas clearly and concisely
    • Gives and receives feedback in an open manner and does a follow-up
    • Reviews and edits written communications to ensure that they suit the intended audience

Your function

You will be responsible for supporting all specific mobility related requests, offering a top notch customer experience based on our policies and guidelines as outlined in the sustainability objectives of Deloitte

  • Second line expert providing required and appropriate replies to internal customers for all specific mobility topics
  • Trusted advisor:
    • Become a trusted advisor building an extended network within the Deloitte organization and get connected to the main stakeholders
    • Act as single point of contact to all Mobility Service providers, monitoring supplier performance and improving collaboration models
  • Report directly to the Mobility Manager.

Let’s talk about you

  • You have an outspoken customer feeling and focus
  • You are accurate, well organized and structured
  • You have very good written and strong oral communication skills;
  • You are result oriented, proactive and stress resistant.
  • You have preferably a bachelor degree (in communication, Business or Finance) and you possess a relevant experience in an supportive position;
  • You are fluent with MS office and SAP;
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English and French;
