We are searching for (Senior) Product Manager to be responsible of Basware’s e-invoice sending offering. In this role you are responsible of owning (business ownership) and developing our e-invoice offering globally across multiple products. You are responsible that our e-invoice sending offering is competitive, meeting customer requirements, of high quality and that the services are built/can be operated in scalable and cost-efficient manner.

In this position you will be:
  • Developing and managing Basware e-Invoice for Sending service offering and named products
  • Providing business requirements for product development
  • Ensuring product profitability
  • Ensuring product serviceability
  • Steering and reporting the service success
  • Managing service descriptions
  • Supporting global presales/sales in large customer cases related to the offering
The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience on service development and management
  • Understanding of e-invoicing services, markets and customer requirements
  • Ability to work independently and manage several projects at a time and meet the agreed deadlines
  • Strong networking and communication skills – fluent spoken and written English is a must
  • High level of self-initiative, enjoy taking responsibility and deliver steady results even under pressure
  • End-to-end mindset and capability to think outside box
