The Wipro Salesforce Practice (WSP) Benelux is a multi-disciplinary team of around 100 professionals in Belgium and The Netherlands.

To reinforce, professionalize and grow our local team we are looking for a “Senior Salesforce Consultant” who is passionate about making a difference and providing an outstanding customer experience to play an important role in the delivery of creative Salesforce solutions.

What we would like you to do;

  • Identify customers needs and propose the most appropriate approach by converting the client’s business requirements into high quality, scalable Salesforce solutions;
  • Organize, lead and facilitate Discovery Workshops;
  • Collaborate closely with all members of the project team, both internal (on-shore, near shore and off-shore) and on the customer side;
  • Both delivering complex configuration yourself and managing the delivery of solutions through less experienced members of your project team;
  • You’re proud to be responsible for making sure projects are delivered on time and quality expectations of our customers;
  • Going above and beyond for your customer with a can-do attitude whilst remaining consultative and following Salesforce best practices;
  • Represent and promote the core company values;
  • To be a coach and mentor to less experienced members of the team.

About yourself;

  • It would be great that you have experience in end-to-end Salesforce CRM implementations but people with the same experience in other technologies are also very welcome;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills are very much appreciated by our customers;
  • Thanks to your global mindset you can connect and collaborate in an international team.
  • You’re a real team player and people manager. In other words, you’re the one who leads, motivates and inspires others, and who is also able to structure and organize work in a way so that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Salesforce Certified: App Builder/401 Developer or 201 Admin with either Sales or Service Cloud Consultant
