For our client, an ICT & software company, we are looking for a Senior system Engineer in the Wavre area.

As such you will manage the computer and network systems of the firm including the integration of new technology and oversight of systems developers and other IT personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Perform technical installations at the client while guaranteeing the quality of the service.
  • Provide customer support and maintenance either online or on site.
  • Create and maintain documentation of procedures and customer information
  • Manage material orders and delivery notes with customers and perform the necessary follow-up.
  • Define the standardization policy and the implementation of procedures for your or your assigned product.
  • Analyze needs and advise clients for the assigned portfolio
  • Support the development of offers from a technical point of view based on the analysis of customer needs
  • Ensure the morning hotline following the assigned weekday

Profile
  • You have 8 years of experience in a similar function.
  • You are autonomous but also enjoy working in a team.
  • You are highly oriented towards customer and client services satisfaction.
  • You are organized, trustworthy and proactive.
  • You are perfectly fluent in Dutch and have good knowledge of English.
