仕事内容
For our new communications agency working in the European area, we are looking for a social media manager who will have the following responsibility:
· Design and implementation of social media strategy for different clients
· create and edit copy for daily contents on the different social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linkedin)
· Communicate and manage the interaction with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
· Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
· Draft the articles for the websites (following a specific brief and based on sources given by the clients)
· Monitor social media KPI and web traffic metrics
· Create and manage online advertorial campaign on Meta and Google ads
· Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Required skills and experience:
· Proven work experience as a Social media manager
· Hands on experience in content management
· Excellent copywriting skills
· knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
· Knowledge of online marketing channels
· Familiarity with web writing
· Excellent communication skills
· Analytical and multitasking skills
· BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
· Fluency in French and English
