We are looking for a Soft Service manager to join the team at ExxonMobil Antwerp.For this position the candidate needs strong communication skills in English and Dutch (French is optional). Key deliverables

  • Deliver best practice facilities management consistent with client business needs, compliant with local regulatory requirements and in accordance with all corporate policies/procedures for all Soft Services on the site of Antwerp Refinery, Zwijndrecht (APP) and Meerhout (MPP)
  • Develop effective E&PS internal /external communication to improve E&PS objectives and strategies.
  • Increase client’s connection with E&PS Management through ongoing and visible communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination of the handy man activities for Tenant Services according to FM Tender contract agreements.
  • Ensure compliance in safety to create a safer work environment, with as result zero accidents.
  • Maintains strong client communications to align service offerings and service levels with current client business needs.
  • Manages the delivery of efficient and cost-effective Facilities Management services, such as maintenance, mailroom services and cleaning. Emerge, appearances and grounds, technology works, and other soft services contracts
  • Ensures compliance with all local regulatory requirements and with corporate policies/procedures including the OIMS System and Security guidelines.
  • Take part to develop and update JSA’s
  • Develop and update LPO planning for the contractor personnel.
  • Execute supervisor’s role on LPO’s and take the lead during the feedback sessions.
  • Ensure that feedback sessions take place within 24 h, and reported timely.
  • Encourage contractor personnel in daily use of SPSA.
  • Coordinate office moves requests in accordance with EM / TSS
  • Manages and motivates contractor personnel to achieve compliance to E&PS (Global Real Estate Facilities) Core Expectation Guidelines

  • Bachelor degree in business, facility management.

  • Knowledge of facility related regulatory requirements and ExxonMobil expectations including OIMS and CIMS requirements.
