TenForceis an international software product company based in Leuven, Belgium with all around the world customers (INEOS, Total, Chevron Philips, ABInBev….). We have been around for 20 years and experience constant growth. As a result, we seek to expand our application support team.

Our product is a pragmatic answer to the ever-increasing demand for transparency, visibility, and compliance. We build a great enterprise-class product to enable people to stay on top of their work.

We are looking for an experienced .Net engineer who can lead a team of 10+ programmers who are involved in client project implementation.

Who are we looking for?

An engineer and team lead that enjoys managing a technical team and collaborating other colleagues and customers while remaining technically engaged in the development process.

• You have 3+ years of experience in managing and guiding software development teams, ensuring that coding best practices and development principles are followed.
• You are driven to help your team grow and become even better, you provide technical leadership and participate in periodic peer reviews of solution designs and related code.
• You still want to actively participate in the development and be involved on development projects during code design, development, and deployment.
• You interact with Project Managers and customers and can act as ScrumMaster on a periodic basis if needed
• You have a solid experience in C# and .NET
• You understand and strive to improve the quality of the code and how it is delivered, you are not afraid to redefine customer specific requests into reusable platform solutions.
• Excellent English communicator, written and spoken
• Living in Belgium with a mild level of craziness.
