Sr. HR Manager Assignments and International Mobility (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:


  • Responsible for steering of European Rotation process for Japanese expatriates and being window person for Yazaki Japan
for all related topics (legal- , tax-, social security related topics)
  • YEMEA responsible for International Assignments from or to other regions within and outside EMEA and ensuring correct apply
of assignment policy, preparation on cost projection and balance sheet calculations
  • Interface for payroll instructions between home and host entities to ensure payroll compliance
  • Advisor for HR Managers / HRBPs with regards to the European relocation policy and process
  • Contact person for government, authorities, external auditing firms related to the relocation processes
  • Support with questions related to visa and immigration for internal employees within YEMEA
  • Cooperation with external service providers e.g. tax consultants, relocation companies, insurance companies etc. for all Yazaki locations
  • Provide advice to local HR Manager towards tax and social security and visa related topics
  • Responsible for Travel policy and procedures and their further development
  • Monitoring of tax, social security and other related law issues with regards to business travel
  • Creating and maintaining of training material and conducting of trainings regarding travel procedure
  • Participation in EMEA projects related to assignments and relocation
  • Development of global / local trainings

Your profile:


  • Master’s degree in Economics, Law, Tax or Human Resources
  • 7-10 Years of solid experience in the Human Resources field
  • 5+ years experience in leading a global mobility / international assignments team ideally in the automotive or manufacturing global company
  • Good knowledge of Visa and immigration law
  • Good knowledge of international tax and social security regulations Proficiency in English, written and spoken; Japanese is a plus
  • Proficient user in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors is a plus
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Articulate communicator at all levels within the organization
  • Strong Conflict Management Skills
  • Hands-on mentality with business acumen
  • Willingness to travel
