About the Role
Workday is looking for an enthusiastic Analytics Presalesconsultant to support the high demand forWorkday Prismexpertise. This is your chance to represent and sell the next generation of business technology platforms.We are actively seeking individuals to be a part of the Workday presales team supporting and promoting the technical aspect of the selling engagement. Workday’s modern, cloud technical foundation and delivery model requires creative, passionate and compelling technical presales professionals to reflect the unique nature of the platform. Through interactive pre-sales discoveries, you will analyse an organization’s needs and demonstrate how Workday’s technology differentiates from the competition and can address the customer’s requirements, solving their strategic business concerns with a special focus on Workdays technology capability.Responsibilities:
  • Articulating the value and expanding adoption of Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) to different audiences.
  • Describing the technical architecture of the Workday Prism solution to executive, business and IT audiences
  • Covering technology topics of analytics, integration, security and business process workflow
  • Highlighting the advantages of the Workday Prism architecture over legacy ERP systems.
  • Understanding and communicating the Security, Privacy, Performance and Support aspects of the Workday SaaS offering.

About You
  • Candidates interested in joining the Workday sales team as a Technology Presales Consultant must exhibit a strong combination of technical skills, industry experience and an unimpeachable “stage presence”.
  • Articulating and differentiating the Workday technical foundation and delivery model requires 3+ years of software pre-sales experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge including but not limited to:
  • Legacy ERP technology background focused around business intelligence and analytics
  • Integration design pattern knowledge from flat files to Web services
  • Software as a Service work experience and/or knowledge of the delivery model and associated characteristics
  • Strong presentation skills
